The midfielder joined the Rovers in January 2026.Max started out in the youth team with Bowers & Pitsea. He got his first taste of Senior football when he joined Peacehaven & Telscombe in 2020. He seen two years with them before having spells with Haver Town, Hashtag United, Queens Park Hannakins and White Ensign. He then joined Woodford Town in 2023 where his performances earned them a place in the playoffs in the Essex Senior League.
He then had brief spells with Basildon United and Barking before joining the Rovers.
Max is a refined and highly skilled midfielder, adept at playing both offensive and defensive roles.
